Bras d'Or Yacht Club Learn to Sail Program
At BYC, we put on first class Learn to Sail programs all summer long. The Junior Sailing program is given in 3 segments of 2 weeks each. Classes run from Monday to Friday, and the kids get a chance to play in the harbour learning the basics, honing their skills, and opportunities to race during regatta week, if they choose, and a lifetime of memories. Junior Sailors learn in prams, 420s, and Seabirds.
Our instructors are always top notch, and accomplished sailors in their own right.
We also run the popular Adult Learn to Sail and Women Learn to Sail programs which are also taught in prams, 420s and Seabirds. If you don't know how to sail, or if you would like to be able to sail your own boat, these programs are definitely for you.
